Normally you would be legally liable for any costs incurred on your behalf if for any reason Helphire Gold was unable to recover car hire and repair charges from the "driver at fault's" insurance company.

NOW HERE'S THE BEST PART: For a small one-off fee, Helphire Gold can provide you with an Angel Assistance Insurance policy which will ensure you will be protected against having to pay these costs (subject to Helphire Gold's normal terms and conditions and Angel policy conditions).

How is my own car insurance affected?

As the accident was NOT your fault, you will NOT be making a claim on your insurance. Helphire Gold will make a claim for you against the 'driver at fault's' insurance company. You will simply need to notify your Insurance Company for information only.
